List of frequent questions

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. Please inform as soon as possible to confirm availability of a more suitable vehicle. There may be an additional charge to pay if you require a larger vehicle.

Changes and cancellation procedure

Customer may change reservation details at any time. Administrative fees for changes to the data will be charged as follows:
— Changes made five or more days before the transfer will be charged EUR 10
— Changes made less than five days before the transfer is charged EUR 30
If the price of new transfers is larger than the amount paid, customer will be charged for the difference. If the price of the new transfer is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be returned.
In case of cancellation of transfer 3 or more days before the agreed date of transfer, Transfer provider company will return the amount paid minus 10 EUR for administrative expenses
In case of cancellation of transfer 2 or less days before the agreed date of transfer, Transfer provider company will NOT return the amount paid at all.

Can you provide child seats?

We can provide chlid seats. Please specify how many child and/or baby seats you require in our reseravation form.

What if I have additional luggage?

If you have extra luggage, please specify it in the reservation form so that we can determine the optimal vehicle for your transfer. We will review your booking and assign a vehicle with suitable capacity for your needs, or suggest you upgrade to a larger vehicle (additional cost may apply).

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passenger is permitted to bring the standard suitcase or travel bag, and one piece of hand luggage the same size that is allowed in airline traffic, a total of two pieces of luggage.

Will I be dropped off at my accommodation?

Our services are door-to-door. We will take you directly to the address you give when you make your reservation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, your driver will wait for you. All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the exact time. However, as a backup measure, please call our call centre on +385 98 811 811, if you become aware of any delay to your flight.

When should I make a booking?

Please book your transfer at least 24h before the travel. We recommend that you book your transfer as early as possible.

Your driver is late, what should I do?

Please call our 24 hour call centre on +385 98 811 811 and we will be able to locate the driver and tell you how long it will take him to reach the pick up address.

Will I be sharing my car with someone else?

No, this is a private transfer booked for you only.

Are there any additional charges ?

All prices on our web site are final, no additional costs.

Where will your driver be when I arrive at the airport?

When your airplane lands you will have to claim your baggage and proceed to the exit. On your way you will see your driver holding a sign with your name on it. Depending on actual airport the exact place where your driver will be might be different, but rest assured that your driver knows how to place himself where you can see him. Please contact your driver as soon as possible. There were some passengers who let their driver wait while they went for a cup of coffee or a smoke. Again – let your driver know that you have in fact arrived, then do whatever you need to do. If you don’t do like this, your driver might think that you haven’t boarded a plane at all, and he might leave the airport. In that case contact our call center immediately.
